Description of Strapping Extrusion Line

The PP Strap Making Machine is dedicated to manufacturing PP packing bands and straps. Utilizing PLC control, the entire line operates in an automated fashion. It employs a melting pump and pressure sensor to guarantee stable production and strict quality control of the straps. The raw material can consist of 100% recycled PET flakes from discarded PET bottles, virgin material, or a combination of both.
