Fully Automatic Drip Irrigation Pipe Winder For Micro Spray Tape
The CQA135M/355M's micro spray tape automatic winder facilitates the parallel winding of tapes directly from the extruder.
After manual application of the material, the systems operate independently and can be seamlessly integrated into an overall fully automated production plant. They are capable of winding micro spray tape with widths ranging from 1 to 3.5 inches or 3.5 to 5 inches, depending on the configuration.
Once a winding package has reached the desired circumference, it undergoes film wrapping by the integrated winder and is then removed from the line by the integrated transport system. Simultaneously, a new winding tube is fed from the magazine, allowing for fully automatic winding of the next package.
