The rubber strip hose winding machine is primarily designed for winding and packaging aluminium-plastic composite profiles. It features automatic adjustment of winding speed and methods, along with two disks for continuous winding. The PP, PE, PVC Profile Winder utilizes pneumatic operation for the winding wheel's ribs, enabling air-operated opening and closing. This Plastic Winding Machine is equipped with a ray creel stand for automated winding displacement, ensuring orderly winding of small plastic profiles.

Application of Rubber Strip Hose Winding Machine
Normally this machine is used together with our pipe production line. It is mainly used to collect the plastic flexible pipes and soft sealing strips such as aluminum-plastic compound pipe, crosslinked pipe, PE pipe and PVC pipe, etc. The machine will automatically collect and the winding speed is controlled by tension. Electromagnetic clutch is used to change the disk so as to make sure the machine can continuously work with nonstop. The arm of winding disk will open or close through pneumatic combination mode. The machine is fixed with ray creel stand for automatically pipe arrangement so as to make the pipe coil even and regular.
* Automatically shut down when hose strip broken or empty.

* Control panel is fixed on the left of the machine. The bearing box and potention meter control the speed of winding wire.
